Food (for 6 servings)

Salmon (head, tail) – 500 g

Or salmon – 500 g

Or trout – 500 g

Water – 3 l

Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.

Potatoes – 5-6 pcs.

Carrots – 2 pcs.

Pasta – 150 g

Vegetable oil – 30 g

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.

How to make salmon fish soup:

Boil fish broth, add black peppercorns, and bay leaf. The fish is ready, remove the fish from the pan. Strain the broth through a sieve.

Peel and wash potatoes. Cut. Put potatoes in the strained broth and put the pan on the fire. Cook for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and wash the onions and carrots. Dice the onion and coarsely grate the carrots. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry onions and carrots over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place the onions and carrots from the pan into the pot. Now add pasta to the soup and reduce heat to low. Cook the fish soup until the pasta is done for 5-10 minutes.

In the meantime, remove the bones from the fish.

Add fish to soup, season with salt and pepper to your liking.

Salmon soup is ready.
