Stir all the ingredients. Add vegetable oil and juice of 1 lemon. Salt if necessary.

0.5 tbsp. l Sauce (fish or soy)



Heat oil (500 ml) to approximately 75 degrees.

Allspice (5-7 pcs.) Dry in a hot pan.

Add spices (1 tablespoon dried oregano, basil, thyme, and mint) and pepper to the oil.

Pour into a glass container. Let it brew for 7 days.
